Chalk’s famous seaplanes now fly from Fort Lauderdale to Bimini, Paradise Island and other locations in the Bahamas. Passenger flights, special charter flights and cargo flights are available. The ultimate tropical and historic South Florida sea and air experience!
From the protected waters of south Biscayne Bay, a boat will tow you, in harness with a certified instructor safely into the air. When released from the towline at more than 1,000 feet, you’ll glide across the air, getting a magnificent bird’s eye view of Miami and the Keys. Flights for beginners and more experienced hang gliders. Tours leave from Monty’s Marina in Coconut Grove; customers are taken around Grove Isle and Key Biscayne while still attached to the boat. Once released, it’s up to you where you go and what you do.
